No. Both plans are flat rate regardless of volume. Whether you receive 20 faxes a day or 120, the price is the same.

No. Zally is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. We do offer a 15% discount for annual commitment — ask us about it during your demo.

Most clinics are live within one week. We handle the setup with you — configuring Zally to your document types, routing rules, and staff assignments. There's nothing for your team to install or configure on their end.

Yes. Zally is fully HIPAA compliant. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer before going live. All systems and services used to process patient data are HIPAA-eligible and covered under our BAA — your patients' information is protected end to end.

The 10–15% of faxes that need human review are escalated to your staff immediately. They receive the extracted data, a suggested action, and full context — so they can resolve it in under a minute instead of starting from scratch.

Currently DrChrono. We built Zally specifically for DrChrono and the integration is deep — patient search, chart creation, document attachment, and task routing all use DrChrono's native workflows. More integrations are on the roadmap.

After your demo, we work with you to configure Zally for your practice — mapping your document types, setting your routing rules, and matching your staff assignments. Setup typically takes one week. Once everything is configured and tested, your practice goes live and billing begins. You only pay for a fully working system.
